The steps to sync payroll and time
Step 1:
Import employee time data (e.g. hours as regular or overtime, related jobs tasks, per diem) into accouting software.
Step 2:
Export time related data from accounting software into Payroll application to generate checks.
Step 3:
Import actual deduction/earnings info from payroll application into accounting software; automate reconciliation.
Step 4:
Payroll and accounting are now in sync and housed under one total solution.
